JR 10X and Futaba 9Z battery packs
For you guys still flying jets with the 10X and or 9Z.
The battery pack at the following link:

will fit into the case of both transmitter packs listed in the subject line.
The heat shrink has to be removed from the square pack, then the old case opened and the old pack wires desoldered off of the small board in the pack. (Be careful how this is done as both positive and negative wires are in close proximity to each other. Remove and solder one wire at a time.) Insert the new battery and reassemble the pack and you have a new 2300 mah Nimh pack. Nimh packs like a lower charge rate for maximum performance and are twice the capacity at a fraction of the price.
