Dreamworks: Excellent Customer Service
Folks,
As a very satisfied customer, I would like to drop a public commendation of great service by Todd and Linda at Dreamworks.
I purchased a training gear set for my (still in customs) Boomerang Sprint. It was shipped minus a minor part. Todd and Linda rectified the issue on the same day and the parts arrived within less than a week!
It's one thing to deliver great Customer Service in your own country - US to US or within Europe. A totally different thing to do it when the customer is in another continent!

I put several orders in recently day after day and Linda was able to get it all to me. Best part, she always answered the phone! Todd always knew the answers to questions I had. Glad you put up the positive thread. Thanks Dreamworks.
