Default front wheel drive T-Maxx...not good

hey guys...i reached a snag in my fun factor today...

i was driving my Maxx today and i noticed that the truck was slower and the front axles where spinning alot more than the rear...took it in and i found out that i got fishing line all tanggled up on both rear axles...so i cut off all the fishing line and checked to see if anything was loose or broken...NOTHING...everything seemed fine! i spun the wheels...they spun normal...my friend even looked at them he said they're normal...so i started the truck again and now its acting like a FWDcar...WTH?!??? what happened? did i strip gears in the rear diff??? or the tranny??? please help guys! thanks

Follow this trail:

trans output shaft, rear drive shaft, diff, both axle shafts, pins, hex, wheels. I'd bet on the rear diff, but it could be any one of these things.

the trans output shaft is very unlikely, check for a spun rear center shaft, if that is in good order you killed your differential, the spider gears are $9 if I remember right and you might want to look into a kimburgh aluminum diff cup or at least a new stock one as yours is probably fubared...

The yoke is held on with a long allen pin/screw , maybe the pin came screwed out?
