1/16th Sherman: Arrival Status
I know this subject has other threads, but can we start a new one here for just the latest update on "when and where" the Mato/HL (?) Sherman model will be available. I have not kept track of the other threads and this may be the easiest way for all of us to be advised. I know many of us anxiously await its arrival. Thanks, Panzerpaul

theres a storm in the english channel and the transport ship was csncelled to sail... so its gonna be awhile for the dday operation...

Sorry G. We will see the Mato Sherman very soon. THe HL Sherman is vapor. I am curious as to why you think there is an HL Sherman?

Ya that "HL Sherman" is actually pictures of the Mato Sherman. The Mato Sherman is made at the Heng Long factory, and I think that is where the confusion exists.

. They are coming keep your tracks on. It will be great when the new tanks come and will be to get. The longer they take the more money you can save for your next project. I have me cross-hairs on the Panther.

Well my source is pretty upto date, but as these things go you never can tell. I hope the Mato Sherman gets here first. It should by all accounts but a little competition is a good thing, and it wont hurt if it's a different variant either. I just need a Sherman. I dont care who makes it. I would have to say i would rather see a HL Sherman only for the reason that at least we are familiar with thier parts and systems but I am totally for a Mato Tank. No prejudice here at all. The more manufacturers the better in my book.

Why did Tasca do that? Is it supposed to be a Baldwin M4? The tank in the pic does not appear to have a vertical rear plate. Such a variant would have likely been a rebuild unless it was a Baldwin I think.
