Default What to paint with???

Hi Guys,
I have been away from the hobby for a while, I use to paint my balsa wood starting with a sanding sealer mixed with a little talc to thicken it up. Then I would prime with a can of krylon spray primer, and finish the plane with Hobbypoxy. It gave a nice hard, easy to clean finish.
I guess I dated myself but I just want to find the right stuff to use nowadays. I tried to use rustolium, but Im not happy with the results.
Any help would be great.

What you are doing is still valid except that Hobbypoxy has been gone for a long time. If you are not using glow fuel and don't have spray equipment Krylon will put dow a pretty decent spray can finish if you follow their directions.
If you have spray equipment, several brands of latex will put down excellent finishes. Get into the search area of RCU and you will see numerous threads on using latex. Also there is a hobby packaged epoxy system still out there called Klass Koat or Klass Coat.
