You may want to try contacting Tom@ Expresscraft or Carl@ Plum Krazy. They may be able to help you out.

Never knew there was a need for bulkhead plans for the MTI. Have not seen them mentioned anywhere.
I have an MTI build on the bench and cannot say I have seen the need for the bulkhead to be reinforced.
Maybe you can copy us in if you turn up plans

Justaddwata do you have any video of that cat running? What speed are you getting with the Qd 25 and what prop are you using?

I purchased the hull minus motor from a friend earlier this year. He only ran it a time or two and was very disappointed with what Expresscraft had shipped him. I would guess it was running around the upper 40's to 50 mark but know it had more on tap (motor was brand new and tight). He ran it with a 7016/2 prop which was stock and ran quite well - probably more potential from this prop (and others).
I am in the process of adding an inline zenoah. Just been tied up with other domestic projects.

Pics and clips of it running with QD25 - http://imageevent.com/justaddwata/boatingbeachpond (note the clips are slow to load - I will have to put them on youtube one of these days).
