A 3DX-400 evolution of a Walkera 36 plus an experimental flybarless Walkera 36, rebuild with the old spare parts of my original heli.

This picture has been done before the first fly of the flybarless (no electronic stabilization) 36. I'm not sure if it will have the same aspect after the fly, this afternoon or perhaps tomorrow I will have the answer.

Now the flybarless first test was done.
A little bit catastrofic.
I'm using the old WK radio with any kind of setup, only global blade pitch, with this radio the heli elevator and Aileron it's to much sensitive that only can hover with a big concentration moving sticks few milimeters. Quite unflyable.
After several trys I can hover quite well for some seconds, but in a uncontrolled landing, even using training kit, the main blade hit the tail boom and crash.
List of damages
Break Main Blades (no solution, new ones)
Bend tail boom (repaired)
Break Horizontal Stabilizer (starting to glue)
Break plastic Horizontal Stabilizer Mount (i'm starting to build a new metal horizontal stabilizer mount with my lathe)
I need also check the main shaft and the main blade transverse shaft (revised an corrected bends)

CONCLUSION
To Fly fybarless W/O electronic I need to use my computer radio to adjust an reduce travel in elevator and aileron (I need an other RX compatible with my WK-703)
The behavior of the heli is very sensitive but I think it's possible to fly.
