Eurosport ?
Just got a euro titan powered and if all goes well the maiden will be tomorrow, I should mention I bought it used with about twenty five flights. I have a few questions.
1. How long of a flight using the comp-arf tanks ?
2. Do the cannards get sensitive at high speed ?
It already has the dowel mods for the hatch as well as the full intake. Any tips about the airplane ?
Thanks
Albert

RE: Eurosport ?
Albert,
I'm getting 6 1/2 minutes of flying w/ my Ram 1000 powered (12oz/min fuel burn) Euro and the stock Comp-arf tanks, and i still have 1/4 of each tank left when i land. If i fly it slower i can get 8 1/2 minutes of flying out of the same amount of fuel. The canards do not get sensitive at high speeds, and i've got twice the amount of "nose up" canard throw than is suggested. If its an earlier version, their is a list of mods on the dreamworks website that are good items to do.

Set the canards 1/8" negative (higher on the trailing edge than instructed) and elevons 1/32" up all at neutral. They roll so much nicer set up like this. C of G at 540mm

Nope! Only speed, there is a sweet spot speed/verses rudder amount that it will sit, but you still need some aileron. You cannot mix it to sit.
It's not a KE aeroplane!

RE: Eurosport ?
The weather was perfect, about 56 degrees and 5 miles an hour wind down the runway. Got four perfect flights, a very honest plane with no bad habits. The L-39 belongs to my friend Doane.
