Nylint rock crawler info please
I just was given a rock crawler, no idea if it works or not. no remote either, my question is can I remove the circuit board and replace with a new frequency and electronic speed control. also can I install 2 battery packs for longer run time? can the rears be taken apart and upgraded without breaking them. thanks everyone....

Yes, the Nylint's electronics are Toy grade anyway. Replace them with real radio control electronics.
Not sure of the size of the motor. If the same as 540 rc motor, you can just open the rear section without actually modifying the casings. But most likely you'll have to.
The Nylint became very popular and a lot of people are modifying the heck out of it.
You can wire the batteries in series, just make sure the voltage matches the ESC requires.
