Default 2.5 MAXX leaking

I have a 2.5 maxx that has been sitting for a few weeks awaiting new parts i kept a full talk in it just because, and now its down to a half talk and i havent used it, my tank has no cracks or breaks in it, from what i can see also there brand new gas lines theres gas all over my chassis my the motor, its on the clutch and the rear driveshaft towards the diff, can anybody tell me how to fix this?, or why this is happening?, my friend says that my engine has hydro locked, because my easy start motor wont turn over my engine

Is it just under the motor or the whole motor? If it is under, than you might have a leak in the front bearing of the motor, just behind the fl wheel.

Is there fuel still in the fuel line?

Storing it with fuel in it is not such a good idea, even worse with a full tank.
As the ambient temperature changes (warms up) the fuel in the tank will expand and has to go somewhere. it does not take much to get the fuel to flow through the fuel line and into the carb where it can and will fill the crankcase with fuel. Once the crankcase is flooded it will leak out the front bearing and also out the starter shaft bushing where it will leak out the ez-start/pull start housing.

Snook Man is right. Best option is to empty out the tank, than take out the glow plug and empty out the engine.

storing it with fuel is probably whats giving you the hydro lock, cuz the piston is trying to compress all that fuel and it doesn't make it all the way to the top and gets stuck, thats why the ez start motor is giving out on you and stopping
