hey i have a three year old Traxxas Revo 3.3 and i just started to have problems with it.
The symptoms are:
- little or no power to the wheels
-plenty of blue smoke out of pipe
-sounds like it is in second gear.
-when the truck actually moves it sounds like it is having trouble and it is running at high rpm
-at full throttle goes about 10 mph
-sounds like it is squeeling along at full speed at full throttle
-reverse is no different
-stalls for no reason
if anyone could help me with this problem that would be great. any insight would be awsome
before the problem started to occur i was doing donuts in some dirt, it slowly started to power down and it had trouble getting up a small incline that it normally gets air off of.

check and see if the slipper is tight enough.
check and see of there is any binding in the drive train.
check and see if the clutch is still in good condition.
