RE: Best way to remove aluminum servo horn?
You haved a couple choices:
(1) use two blade screwdrivers and gently pry with even pressure with a screw driver on opposite sides of the servo horn
(2) thread a longer bolt into the servo spline such that there is a gap between the screw head and the servo horn. If the servo horn is a single arm, hold if fast with pliers (or vice grip), using tape or rubber band to help minimize any marring of the servo horn and tap the bolt with a hammer repeatedly to remove the horn. If the horn has 4 arms or 2 arms opposite each other, you can also rest the servo horn in the open jaws of a vice when tapping the bolt.
