Default painting oracover??

Hi
I have a lot of oracover but it is not the colour i want to put on my plane.
Is it possible to paint it when i have ironned it to the plane?
The wing is with ribs and not sheeted in the middle will this work also?
Will i have to give it some primer or something before i start?

You can paint Oracover for sure, but it's best to just use the paint for trim, because of weight build-up. Just mask off your trim pattern and scuff the area to be painted with fine steel wool or Scotch-brite and spray on your paint. You don't need a primer. RS
