ebay you can get it pretty cheap, where I got my sheet for a chassis.
but if I remember right they use SAE though so it might be a hair thicker (or thinner) than 4mms
If ebay type "Aluminum sheet" with either 1/8th (just under 4mm's) or 3/16 (5mm's)
