Guys for you that are wondering about the power the DA-120 has and if it is worth it, here is the video of a DA-120 on my OMP Yak 55 I have.

The OMP Yak use to have a old 3w100 in it. I took the engine out and replaced it with the DA-120 and man its some scary power! Running a 28x12 Mej prop on there. I kept the 3w canisters though and just bought DA headers. So far its a great combo! Took 3lbs of weight off the plane making this upgrade!

There's also a screaming noise that makes a yea yea yea sound

im a purist when it comes to rc videos, i love hearing the motors sing, the music killed it........on the other hand music is ok when there is a flight routine choreographed to it

Yea it is good to hear the engine, but without music makes it boring!!! I try to pick the best music to fit the flight so it is some way related to the flight. I am saving a new file now with no music. Ill post in a little bit.

This is a model airplane gas engine forum. I came here to listen to engines and talk about them. I just love to hear engines. Been doing it over 60 years.

You can hear the engine with the music actually. And yes this is a gas engine forum, I am showing the power the Gas Engine has for this size of airplane.

I am a musician but I don't care much for music in airplane videos. I am there just trying to see what the plane will do.
Music can be distracting if it is annoying to one watching. JMHO........
