gee some people on ebay realy dont mind putting up big prices on to things thay pay not much for..lol.......

realy its very funny when people list somthing for sale. and then all we have to do is read there feedback and up pop all the cheep parts thay have put into it , and the original cheep product thay got....lol......
will have to watch this one..lol.......

I didn't see anything that really justified that much $$$$$$$$. Twin RCMK's alone don't justify that kind of price tag. Had to laugh at the "display stand" though. I was under the impression boats were made to run, not look at on a shelf

I have to admit that I was expecting worse - for more. Nice enough boat - price is high - but not completely ridiculous. Especially for OZ where I have seen some things for staggering $$ sometimes (things in Harvey Norman are around double what they sell retail in the US for).

...nice boat yes, but not at that price. AU$2500 would be more like it.

, yer considering the hull is one that sells on ebay from time to time for 200, to 250. motor say 600. all parts seem to be all the china parts init other then the stinger drive . ...... think if it sell for anywhere near that ill start putting some more apache`s together....

Yep but we are only a tiny tiny country with a small population....... supply and demand .... It was a lot worse before the internet and online shopping was around. Back in the late 80's I worked for a motorcycle repairer that specialized in vintage M/cycle,We got a container from the states one year after the xmas silly season,all the parts where wrapped in US catalogs and we where gobsmaked by how cheap the stuff was in the states

Anyway I find the boat stuff even 2nd hand is a lot pricier in aus than other likewise R/C equipment...maybe because there is only a very small % into boats....but yeah at 4k its not going to sell....must be charging for labor as well...

your right mate, i do remember considering one of your hulls before i bought my first gasser. The boat listed looks like its in tip top shape and very new. $4k is a little ridiculous when im sure you could build that brand new for no more than $2500 with the right resources. I was being a little conservative at $2.5k, second hand its probably really worth and going to be let go at $1500.

He only payed $200 for the 56 INCH APACHE OFFSHORE STYLE BOAT , sounds like a copy.

And his feedback after recieving the hull : Worse than described,major bow in transom,damaged from poor packaging.

And all parts are cheap from china......!! Nothing BRAND NAME in that hull....
