Default need help-Piston Ring orientation

Dang, I took out both rings from my SPE26 to replace with a Bowman ring.Thing is I didn't notice the ring orientation while removing the rings. The ring ends are tapered and pointed on one edge.Should assembly be the pointed edge of the ring being on top nearest the piston crown or vice versa? Thanks

Never mind.found there's only one way to fit the ring in. After cleaning out the piston, found the slot which orientates the way the ring is suppose to fit. Now to enjoy the Bowmann ring and hopefully better performance.

Fitted a Bowman ring in my Super Tigre S90 and it became a stump pulling monster.
