Default Jabo Electric Heli HELP

Hi, I recently bought a jabo electric heli from ebay for 150 bucks, extra parts included. I charged the battery and took it for a spin. I can't seem to trim the helicopter. I keeps moving to the left, even though the trim is all the way to the right to try and fix this problem. I have little experience with helis, but have practice quite a bit on the realflight simulator. I checked all parts in the heli and realized a broken part I think is called the adapter. I've included a picture of a helicoper with this part intact, which is broken in my heli. It is missing the whole arm. Would anyone recommend me flying the heli with this broken piece. Is this the nature of my problem, or is my practice to blame. Thanks for any help!

Checo78,
I have Jabo also and I'd suggest that you replace broken part.
Few cheap mods will make it more controllable:
- Balance & trim main baldes.
- Swashplate with ball installed.
- Shaft collar.
Look around this forum and you will find lots of info/tip.
Regards

Checo78,
Jabo is Dragonfly/HummingBird clone so replacement parts of these 2 will work with Jabo.
When I first got my Jabo, it kept on moving hard left also. These steps should help you trim/center:
- Adjust servo arm so that it somewhat parallel to ground.
- Binding may cause swashplate not moving correctly (mine cannot rotate to the right). Swashplate with ball mod will cure this problem.
