Default plistic threads

i striped the threads in my Jatos transmission case. i bought new case pieces. but the big Q is how do i keep from striping the new one. i think ill try anti-seize compound. any ideas? also the gear in the trans that has the pegs for going into 2nd gear, one got riped out. is this normal?.

I find that substituting a fine thread machine screw for those "wood-screw" types makes the joint much stronger.

Don't use an electric screwdriver as the friction can heat things up, the plastic bonds to the screw, and this causes the screw to strip when you try to remove it.
