Default Gettin the power to the dirt! Traxxas rubber-Proline 40series foams?

I'd like to hook my Revo Brushless up better with better handling. I'm thinking about the Sportmax tires and the ProLine 40 series molded foams. Anyone stuff the PL foams in their Traxxas tires?
I've got some bad sidewall tears in my stock Revo tires from rim pinch I think. Even a tear in the tread surface, rock I assume. The Response tires don't look to have too much bite to them. I have some AKA Truggy wheel/tires like a bowtie pattern and they just spin like crazy and are extremely firm to the point of very little forgiveness and causing some breakage.
The stock Talons have crap foams imo. Yeah they're soft but too soft. Any ideas?

The all round good tire is the pro-line masher. It always has good reviews and I love mine. For more grip it depends on the terrain. You have to pick the right pattern and compound for your terrain. You can also play with the suspension to increase grip. But if your not picky go for the mashers. Its pretty hard to complain about them no matter what.

Agreed, but not in 40 series. they're too big IMO.
