I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO QUIET MY ULTIMATE TO 106 DSB. ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM?

Cannisters will quiet it down. You'll have to do some mods to make it work, but it can be done. I've seen threads on this on a different site.

Nothing to it, just get some good mufflers and slow the propeller tip speed. The trick is keeping enough power at the same time.

First go to a 3 blade propeller. Measure sound and decide if more reduction is needed. Most of our engine noise originates at the propeller.
