Default Castle Sidewinder V2 in a Rustler SUPER FASTI own a sidewinder V2 put it in my Rustler here is my vi

I put a Castle Creation Sidewinder SV2 5700KV in a Rustler, hits about 40 MPH with 2 Cell LiPo and Over 55 MPH with 3 Cell LiPo and with 7 Cell NiMH hits 45 MPH, with the gearing of 18/90. 5 MPH more with gearing of 18/86. My whole Rustler is RPM invested about $500-600 includes Charger, batteries, 2.4 Hobby King Remote and Receiver, New Traxxas Rustler XL-5,RPM parts and Castle Sidewinder SV2 5700KV combo. Best set up i have only thing is need new tires to stop barrel rolls and grip better on Asphalt and Concrete.

Here is my vid of it:

Not to be a smart ass dude, but you do know this is the on-road forum?

What's needed is a review of this system in an on-road chassis. Maybe you should get one, with all that parking lot right outside your door! Heheh! I'd be ripping that asphalt if I lived there, as all I own is on-road.

Whoever told you a 3S Lipo would run cooler than a 2S has got your goose!!!!!!!

You are pumping 14.4V with a 3S Lipo. How exactly is that running cooler than a 7.4V 2S Lipo? What kind of crack was the guy smoking!?!?!?!?!?

REALLY?

Tell that genius to PMme and tell me exactly why a hotter V would make a lower temp on any ESC. If he wins then I will tell you a famous story about a bridge . . . . . . .
