EVX-2 problem

I am having problems with the EVX in my E-Maxx. I have an Old School short-arm E-Maxx that has been sitting for almost 2 years. So I decided today to get it up and going but the EVX will not turn on. I have tried several different battery sets and still nothing. It will light up green and then turns off.

Have you tried re programming it? If not Traxxas Will warranty it for cheap.
