CEN RACING question
T-Max bodies can fit, but bodies made to fit the Traxxas Stampede will work better.
For the most part just about any 1/10th scale body will fit. I think there is a Hummer body for the Stampede that would work well, and if you were looking towards racing something like a RC10GT or T3 body might fit.

RE: CEN RACING question
I just got mine tonight.
Here is how I did;
spent 45 minutes trying to get the antenna wire in the white plastic. I tried everything.
Finally gave up and pulled the antenna off my mugen and it went on in 2 seconds.
Set up radio; put in fuel; and started pulling on the starter.
Somehow I flooded it; so I heated up the fins with a hairdryer and pinched the fuel line and it started right up.
did a tank doing circles in my driveway and it never stalled.
Did a second tank, and eng temp was 125 degrees.
I have to adj the brakes( they don't work yet) but besided my falt flooding it so far so good.
I've read several posts that the radio is only good for less than 50 feet; and mine is the same. about 45-55 feet and stops working.
I have a futaba 3pk and an extra reciever so no big deal.
Has CEn made an offical statement about this radio?
can I trade it for something else?
otherwise I give this car an A-

RE: CEN RACING question
I had similar experiences wiht my TR4 - that antenna / plastic thing is just impossible! I ended up putting it as far in as I could, then took it back a touch and choppe the plastic down to size a bit!
The radios they supply with CEN cars over here seem to be a bit better - I got a dash saber or something. Unknown brand, OK, but it works fine for me and I don't notice any loss over distance

RE: CEN RACING question
I LOVE MY MT2!!!!!! This thing will fly!! I can't wait to get in onto the track with a T-Maxx to see how it performs against it. It looks good too. It actually looks like a real truck, not some cheesy fake truck.
As for the radio wire through the tube, I just put a piece of fishing line through the tube, tied it to the antenna and pulled it back through.

RE: CEN RACING question
I picked up another antenna tube today and it took 5 seconds to put it through.
plus I have 4 different colors!Yip Ie!:
I'm on my second tank and It floods out every time I try to start it.
I put in a new glow plug for tomorrow.
Sorry CEN I think you should sell this without a radio.
By the time it would shift into second my radio will be out of range...( RUN_A_WAY!)
Hence the radio is now in the closet and I have my futaba hooked up.
Tonight we put foam in the tires....:-)

RE: CEN RACING question
Ok mine won't shift either.
the adjustment is easy and hard at the same time.
there are 2 set screws in there . you want the smaller 1.5 one.
you are supposed to have it from 4 to 7 full turns out.
mine will fall out after 3 turns.
( from all the way in)
I think my shift hub was drilled wrong.( too close to the outside dia) ( maybe)
I ordered a new one just to see if there is a difference.
But make sure it is not installed backwards.
It's easy to take apart.
keep my email and keep in touch.
Oh also it won't ever shift if the engine is too rich.
Have you runs 5 or 6 tanks and started leaning it out?
i had to lean mine out A LOT! before I saw 220 degrees after a tank. maybe total a 1/2 turn.
the upper shock mount bolts bend real easy.one endo and they are bent.
