Air Brake size on roo II?
I have been told people are increasing the size of the air break on the roo. Can anybody tell me the overall dimensions of the airbrake? Also how much throw should it have? How much if any pitch change on plane when deployed? and do most people compensate for this by mixing out the pitch change when the brake is deployed by adding some elevator mix?
Thanks in advance

I'm experimenting with mine now at 3"x12".
Air brake is a good term for it.
No pitch change if you wait till you're going slow to deploy it.
If you put it down going fast it will kick the nose up.
Definatley need one if you don't have 1000 ft of runway.

Air Brake size on roo II?
Size of brake as specified in manual is sufficient. It is more Dependant on full deflection (ie: 85 to 90 deg) than than size to be effective. As pete mentioned, no pitch change experienced unless deployed at high speed. No mixing required......
