radial 150 moki fuel pump

Default radial 150 moki fuel pump
I just received my electric aps380 fuel pump to put on my Moki 150, and there is a other connection on the top of the pump, and the instruction do not mention that, I don't know what is for, some body could help me?
sory for my bad english, I am a french from Quebec, Canada.

Probably a fuel return outlet that connects back to the tank?
