Default Hydraulic kit from Hobby King anyone use these

Looking for a hydraulic kit for my F15 and 16 i came across a kit from Hobby King looks like a nice kit. Anyone have experiance in converting gear to hydraulic. And if so what kit is did yall use.

hello i bought the setup and tested it, works very good but my cylinders are not up to the pressure that the pump applies, they bleed off very slowly,but the pump and fittings all are leak free,i used sewing machine oil

Yea i think i would run a t to the nose gear it says its pressure is 10 bar i converted that to 145 psi so i think it would be fine. I wonder how easy it would be to clean if it didnt work.

I would be mounting the whole set up on a board first, and do all the test on the bench.
This way you fix any problems you mite have with out making a mess in the plane.

Yeah, its essentially the UMS kit. Hopefully they fixed the little capacitor problem that was plaquing the UMS unit. I have the UMS unit in my SU-27, its not flight tested but bench tested and works good so far. But if you use the system with a non locking retract then you need some extra check vales to help with locking the cylinders. A little pricey but work well.

It's a UMS product. I have used several successfully and have just completed a conversion on my 1/7th scale, Twin engined Fei Bao F15E. It knows when to stop when the controller senses the increased electrical load (adjustable), when it reaches the end of the travel.

Reading the discription on the hobby king page it has a timer on it. I think im going to try them see what happens
