I was wanting to know where you place your battery and receiver for the Carl Goldberg 330. It almost seems to small to put in the wing, but have not tried yet. Do you wrap it in foam also? Which side of the wing do you mount the battery? Do you also use the micro sevo for throttle or use a standard servo and mount inside wing. Please post pictures if possible. I am getting close to completing this plane and just need these questions answered. What would be the ideal center of gravity for the plane. This is my first profile plane and my third plane overall. Thanks in advance!!!

I put my battery (flat 4 cell) in the right wing and the reciever in the left wing. Since there was no servo in the throttle area in the left wing I cut the seperaters out between that and the aileron servo mounting area, that left me with just enough room for the reciever in some foam. The battery pack is actuallty pushed into the wing and surrounded in pieces of foam. I used a standard servo for the throttle, I'm sure you will be fine either way. Sorry I dont have any pictures.. I hope this makes sence.
