o.s. .15 cv-x in a 4 tec?
im thinking of replacing my worn out .15 pro motor with a o.s. .15 cv-x http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXBZ30&P=0 . any opinions on it compared to the .15 pro? any other suggestions in the similar price range?

i would go ahead and try to get a o.s 12 cvr or the 15 cvr i have a 12cvrx in my 4tec runs awesome very fast..the os 15cvx you were talking about would be alittle better than the pro 15.. but probably wouldnt be much.. as that is not one of o.s's highend engines

I can't speak for the 4-tec but I have the CV-X in my MT and I love it. Its not the highest rated engine (about 0.68hp@29k rpm) but I added a nice pipe and header and it performs excellent in my book. I would definitely up to a CV-R if possible or of course some of the higher end Wasps and Orions but for $80, that CV-X is a nice runner and like the rest of the OS line of products, easy to maintain.
