Help identify 4wd belt car

I recently picked this car up at a yard sale and the previous owner know nothing about it. Looking for help identify the car so I can restore it. Thanks

I think its an RS4 variant, possibly an RS4 Rally.

Definitely not a RS4 Rally, don't even think its a HPI.
