2013 Fall Jet Fun Fly – Are you ready for OC-Turbo Fest?
It’s that time of year again for the Fall Oil Creek Flyers OC-Turbo Fest.
As usual we will be there on Friday for anyone wanting to come early with the main day on Saturday.
Location is the Titusville Municipal Airport which is located in beautiful Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Titusville is located equidistant from Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Buffalo
The airport features a 4900 x 75 foot paved runway with generous clear over fly areas.
Jet A is available on site AMA and Turbine waivers are required.
This is a Jet Flyer's event, no noon time shows, just plenty of all out jet flying.
Donation is $15.00

Thanks

I got the ShockJet done last night. Ever since joining my new club... I wanted something I could use as my "Every-day" jet. And, since Mon-Valley has limited fly over, and a grass field... I figure that would be perfect.
Now my only problem is... How to put an 80" wing in a short truck bed??
Anyway... I'll bring the shock, and my little T-45.
Weather looks great !

Well... I gave it a test fit last night... and it looks like I can get the fuse to fit diagonally, and I can put the wing in the cab. It's not my ideal situation, since the wing will block my view. If the weather is going to be 100% clear... I guess I can just let it stick out the back, and put a bungee net over it.
Regardless... I need a little down time. (Can't wait)
