Mega 400 W v2 charger noise fix
This fix greatly reduces the noise of this charger while improving cooling. Fan 2 has been moved from it's original position where the airflow was blocked by 2 capacitors creating an obnoxious amount of noise. New position is inside unit where the fan is epoxied to the heat sink frame. Fan now blows down onto heat producing circuit.
