OS 91 carberator rebuild
I'm have a problem taking out the screw on the side of the carburetor. Is there a trick to disassemble this carb? I just don't want to brake something and make it worse. I haven't been able to find any info on it.

Not sure which screw you are speaking of. The two phillips-headed screws that fasten many OS carbs to the engine can be difficult to remove. If that is the one giving you problems, you need to have a very good #1 phillips screwdriver, not an inexpensive POS. What 91 do you have (ie FS91 four stroke or FX91 two stroke)?

Thanks for your replay. It's the OS 91 SF
It's the air control screw, won't turn at all.
I'm guessing you have to remove this screw to disassemble the carb. (?)
I don't see any other way to disassemble it.
I'm going to heat the area with a cigarette lighter and see if I can get it to move.
