Question HPI RTR Sprint 2 for VTA front dif problems

Gentlemen: I bought a RTR Sprint 2 roller that I am building for Vintage Trans Am. I bought the Novak Edge/Ballistic motor pak, and did several test runs in the local shopping center's parking lot under lights, and all seemed to be working well. I crashed it into a planter that was surrounded by a six inch concrete curb. It wasn't a particularly hard hit, just hard enough to knock off one of the motor leads soldered to the tabs, but not hard enough to break or crack the body. Since the car (and the driver) was a bit squirrely, I changed the locking dif from the rear to the front, and the working dif from the front to the rear. I also replaced the axles on the front dif, since the slotted cups where the dog bone sets was broken. But the dog bone does not fit far enough into the slotted cup on the left wheel, and slips out of the slots on most any right turn.So I guess I need a slightly longer dog bone (joke away if you must). The four original HPI dog bones are part #86193, and measure 6x41mm. Has anybody had this problem? Did I miss a part that goes in the axle cup that keeps tension on the dog bone? Maybe one of my axle nuts hangs lower than the other? (provided for your entertainment, I hope)

Problem solved. I checked the manual and realized I didn't put in part # 6819, a silcon O ring that goes in the diff cup.
