Default Hobbywing Justock Club Programming?

I've set my esc to forward/reverse with brake. My problem is the brake barely stops, it take quite a bit of distance to come to a complete stop. It looks like adjusting the brake force is under program #5. When I go through the sequence while manually programming it, it only goes up to #3 then starts over again. Can the brakes be programmed without a programmable card? If so, can someone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong?? I looked for a video or link explaining it and couldn't find anything... Thanks!!

I figured it out.. I think buying a programable card would make it a lot easier to program..
