Tamiya TCS M chassis racing
I never gave the M-chassis (specifically the front wheel drive ones) cars too much thought, but stumbled upon a video of them racing, and realized they are serious race cars. Have any of you given them a try? I'm thinking of picking one up, but wondering what are some potential problem areas of the car, and keys to a good setup?

With these little fast cars, good suspension set ups will play a big part.. With the addition of anti roll bars etc..and some good tyres. There are threads about the M chassis in the forum as I remember seeing them. Try performing a search or have a flick through untill you find them as they will offer some good advice.

I raced tamiya minis for a few years. They are a ton of fun and with enough tweaking, they can be made to handle quite well on the track. They also are very durable and well suited for a budget / fun class as well as for novice racers to cut their teeth on.
