Default Plans - Needle in a Haystack

Back in the GWS era, I remember a magazine article - with plans I believe - about a twin. As I recall, it was twin EPS-300 or close to that. Also I thought it was 3-channel with bomb bay. The idea of the article was to give park flyers an easy scratch build twin, or easy bomber, or something like that.

Does anyone remember that plan, or article, or even which magazine it was in? I've been searching around for a few years trying to find it. It's one of those things that's bugging me mostly because I saw it and now can't find it.

Thanks in advance...
Tim

BTW i have already asked over at rcgroups. No joy...
