Question:
is it to much engine for 60 size stick ?, cost to much for the 120 size stick.......?.
Answer:
I have been flying a zenoah 20 in a 60 stick for ten years. I have over 1000 flights and about 200 hours on this combo.
The mods needed for this are as follows:
Robart (or others) hinge points. Ca hinges are not up what is needed.
The rudder and elevator servos moved to the tail in top or side positions (hanging out in the breeze).
Batteries & receivers moved to the missing servo locations.
Fuel tank moved to the conventional receiver and battery location.
Double the firewall.
Ignition in the conventional fuel tank area.
16 x 8 K series Master Airscrew prop, My prop has hit the ground over 1000 times and is still original!
4 inch wheels for prop clearance and bent down a bit gear.
This is a very very very proven design. I don't think there is much difference between the two engines.
I say go for it.

That prop hits every time it goes around when I'm on skies (I use 2 1/2 inch 1/4 20's to stand off the gear with the skies mounted). It sits there blowing snow and after the take off you can see the path of the prop then single strikes getting further spaced apart as it picks up speed. I love fresh powder.

I have a G23 that Ralph Cunningham ( Antique ) converted to CDI in a 68" span Goldberg Extra 300 with a Xoar 16x8 prop and it's an awesome performing combo. Pity that kit has been discontinued.

If you like Ugly Stiks, and they are great fliers, a .60 size with that engine would work great, as mentioned. Better yet, convert the Stik to a low wing. (Easy to do.) I have one with a converted Homelite 25cc on it that has been great fun for almost 10 years. The Homelite is heavier yet than your Zenoah.
