Default Northrop Special is real?

Hi everyone. I've found this plan on internet. Anyone can tell me if this plane is a real one or rc?

That's the real deal Pumatraca. There isn't much out there about it but I found it listed on Aerofiles. http://www.aerofiles.com/_n.html

Their is record of the N number as well, although it was deregistered back in 1970. http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinqu...NNumbertxt=33N

No idea if the airplane survives but I suppose it is possible. Neat looking little bird!
