Angry DLE30 No start

Engine wont start. Have replaced fuel lines, new fuel tank, new carby, new ignition unit, new reed valve, spark plug ok. Problem is it will not suck fuel through to carby. Engine starts for a few seconds if I prime the carby. Running 91 fuel with oil. Cannot figure out why it will not suck fuel through. Have set Low needle One and Half turns, High needle One and Half to Two turns. Any ideas?

Is it new, used or been setting for a while.

Check the pump pulse hole in the carb to see if it lines up with gasket and hole in carb block.

If that is not the problem check to see if the diaphragm is stuck in the carb, Happens when engines set for a while and could also be a bad diaphragm.

Has this engine had a rough landing in it's very recent past (last time it was running)?
