HELP! Fuselage for Global Ricochet.
Hello all,
I inherited a Global Ricochet with no fuselage. This is the last thing to complete the build. It's described in the plans as fiberglass thin wall tubing 1/2" od x 29 1/2" long. Can't find any mfr or supplier online for a small amount. Can't pay hundreds of $ for mass quantity.
I found 1/64" (.015) wall aluminium at Ace hardware, fits perfectly but doesn't look like it would take even a moderate bounce on landing, and aluminium tubing once bent doesn't straighten well. Fiberglass, carbon fiber, or some kind of semi rigid plastic would work.

Carbon fiber tubes are everywhere, but you need to do some searching as prices vary tremendously.
