Scam alert !
GOT SCAMED here on RCU!! By this guy Paypaled him $100 never heard from him again remember this name and email so you don't get burnt...
his user name is precise guy!

You should be able to open a paypal case as long as you did not friend him the money, That you did not receive the item since there is no tracking number it should be a done deal in your favor Good Luck .
