Default CARF felt clunk being used in diesel fuel

I have a unused CARF felt style clunk I did not utilize with my Joker but I have a new project and was wondering how this particular clunk holds up in diesel fuel.

Yup, OK to use with diesel fuel. Many years with no issues. For the metal, I drilled out the pick up hole to be larger in diameter so that there was no restriction with the use of larger turbines.

Thanks for the replies. The engine is an Xicoy X45 so I should not have to drill it.

Yeah, not needed for that small of a turbine. In fact, a lot of guys run these in the main tank without a hopper/UAT to save weight in the airframe, with great success.
One thing with any felt clunk - keep it wet, and check/replace every 6 months, regardless of fuel choice.
