Default Fixed Wing VTOL multirotor yaw issues

I have my 3m fixed wing VTOL, i have placed my FC on the lateral axis, i.e, on wing axis and gave it a 90° rotation towards the longitudinal axis, i.e, the fuselage line instead of putting the FC directly on the longitudinal axis.

Now, when I am doing the automation through arducopter firmware (not with the arduplane). During yaw, it is taking steep turns and resulting in the twisting in the structure of my wing.

P.S. : IN YAW PID , I've already tried with lowest possible P gains, given good amount of D gains and fine-tuned I gains.

What to do?
