Awesome pictures John! I wish I could come and watch you guys fly. Your extra is lookin good Ryan, I like the checkers on top. Is the red standard on the bottom? Vertical drag race! lol!!! We are gettin that same color sky right now too.

being a cheap ******* - I decided to switch to electric fan fold stuff for tail in the grass flying -
so far the worst disaster has been two props at 2.75 each
and a bit of duct tape -

Thanks for the compliments guy, we have been burning alot of fuel this summer to be able to do it, and it feels good!
I hear ya Dick, Ive been thinking I need a small one for that too, Id be bummed if the sukhoi went down, having a great time with this bird!!

Hopefully we'll have some footage from our fly-in this weekend. I'll be running around trying to run the event but should have some time for a flight or two. The aircraft impresses me every time I fly it. With the spinner on it I need more throw for 3D but the CG is just about right for IMAC flying. It also lands faster now. Did my first Unlimited sequence with it yesterday - the plane's certainly capable of it.

3 matchboxes
one RX with two 1800 4.8v batteries
about 24lbs with 1lb of lead on the nose with the CG a bit over 2" behind the wing tube
