Found this in the speed freaks forum, this would be perfect for turbine trainer/waiver plane.

That looks vaguely similar to another plane currently in production... Now let me see, what plane might that be?

Oh.. you mean the Mick Reeves Hawker Hunter ? ... but's it's not a "vague similarity" - it's almost identical !

Does look like a BV knockoff..... From looking at the TX it does look smaller than a Bobcat though???? Canopy is different too?

Everyone,

I've met the guy that owns this plane. It is NOT a BobCat knockoff!!! He did tell me that the BobCat inspired him to come up with this pusher design. (Obviously[8D]) He fabricated all of his own molds, and yes it is smaller than a BobCat. His engine is an OS-65 D/F engine. Earlier this past summer he had it at a local fun fly where I was flying a BobCat and my buddy flew his Avonds F-15. His then new model had trouble rotating due to not having any positive incidence and the mains were located too far back. Since that time I've heard that the model has flown numerous times and flies very well. We have another fun fly scheduled for this Oct. 26th and I hope to see it fly at that time.
