Default hummingbird help

I have a hummingbird and i am running seperate esc for the main roter and tail. i am using a gws 2 amp esc for the tail and i cannot get it to work. I got the main roter working fine with a gws 5 amp esc but i cant get the tail to work at all.

Have you tried arming the tail esc ?
After you plug the heli in, wait a few seconds, then hold full left rudder on your Tx for a few seconds and release. In some situations the tail esc needs to be armed. If that doesn't work, try holding full left rudder as you plug in the power to heli. This really requires 3 hands but with a little manipulation, it can be done. Hope this helps.
