More info...
Are they from AE?
Did you lube them? I put a very small amount of oil on mine, then mop up any excess.
Is the output shaft that they ride on warped or bent?

Many of the people I used the race all had bearing failures on GT's. The ones in my XXXNT also never lasted more than a few runs. The answer...replace them with Dynamite Red Seal bearings. They are cheap, sealed, and last longer than the best glow plugs.

I had the same problem for a while. Replace the clutch nut shaft thing. Can't remember exactly what it's called. It might have a slight bit of wear on it. It's the shaft the bearings are on. If it's worn, the bearings will vibrate and they'll fail pretty quickly. Also, make sure your gear mesh isn't too tight. On that shaft though, you won't be able to see the wear or feel it. But replacing this solved my problem! Matt
