Can't kill RCS 1.4 with throttle??
After un screwing the idle stop this thing still will not die via throttle. I know the other options, fiber optic servo leades, choke servo, fiber optic kill switch.... I view these as a last resort. Is there a way to reduce the idle further. It appears that the butterfly on the throttle lever could be shaved down a little to allow it to rotate more. The current idle is VERY low I just need a little more...
Thanks,

Take the carb off..Loosen the screw in the center of the round disc on the throttle shaft..Turn the plate so that it's completely closed when the throttle is all the way closed. There's a dimple in the disc that will touch the shaft when it's correct...Tighten( careful, it's brass).....You can look through the carb to see that no light gets through when closed...The edge of the disc is machined at an angle, so if you take it out be sure it goes back in the same way...
