ModelTek AH-64 Apache Card Model for Micro helis
Due out this week........from www.modeltek.com ...... AH-64 Apache Card model fuselage adaptable to Piccolo, HummingBird, most of the Piccolo clones and the Hornet if you are willing to give up the shaft driven tail. Had a lot of fun doing the Beta build and test flying on this little tank killer.

Fairly sturdy although I have yet to auger in either an Apache or Cobra.
The neat feature is that replacement parts are only as far away as your PC and printer

You could always print on paper then laminate... This will be fairly lightweight and probably a bit more durable than card...
By cutting out the windows from the paper, you would be left with clear windows thus not needing to use acetate...
just a thought...
